T'ai Chi

James Drewe

T'ai chi enhances flexibility, tones the body, helps to promote relaxation and coordination, and is an excellent way to relieve stress and tension.  After practising t'ai chi you should feel well exercised, but unlike other forms of exercise, which may leave you feeling tired and in need of rest, you will feel refreshed, revitalised, and relaxed.

About the author

James Drewe currently practises Yang, Chen, Sun, and Wudang styles of t'ai chi, including various sword forms.  He is vice-chairman of the Longfei Taijiquan Association, and runs classes in London.
